Sam Westrick is an Assistant Professor of Computer Science at NYU Courant where he leads the ParCour group and also is a member of ACSys. His research focuses on making it simpler and safer to develop efficient and scalable parallel software.
Seong-Heon is a PhD student advised by Prof. Sam Westrick. He works on parallel language runtimes with a focus on scheduling. He aims to power convenient parallel primitives and abstractions through innovative and, at times hacky, runtime techniques.
Vishnu is a PhD Student advised by Prof. Sam Westrick. His research is centered around developing programming languages techniques integrated with runtime systems to enable safer and easier to reason parallelism with strong, provable performance guarantees.
